Acquire the skills to effectively manage any setbacks or low points in your journey, enabling you to lead a fulfilling life. For eight weeks we will revisit crucial key points: your past accomplishments, your visions for health, your medical objectives, your strengths, and your emotional resilience.

Together, we'll formulate a relapse management action plan creating a personalised distinctive model that you can apply to adapt to future challenges.
